Nestled into an alcove at Seven Springs Mountain Resort lies Helen's Restaurant. You'll have to look for it. You might get some strange directions, but it's worth it. It boasts a 20 foot cliff and waterfall into a trout-filled pond and stone bridge and you can sit beside the old stone cottage and be served a world-class meal just like Helen used to make it. You'll be done in plenty of time to take the chair lift up to Lake Tahoe to watch the sun set.
